World War or global guerrilha warfare or perhaps just crime?

Are we in a "world war", "global war" or in "global Guerrilha" warfare ?

Or is "crime" playing its role ?

Countries have bouderies, but Crime has no boundery limits, and as such has the potential to be global (which makes it a very strong, if not the strongest party or axis.

Fome of the above mentioned forces could not hesitate to make use of the "Perfect storm", and to further inflate it.

This would create a positive feedback between crime and the perfect storm, and crime would be one of the aspects of the "Perfect storm".
