Beach lots for this price are not seaside, but close to the beach.

We can tell you the distance in meters from your block (and your lot) to the beach in a straight line and the distance in meters to travel on foot (and/or by car).

With a "construction permit" from the City Hall (and consequently by all agencies) in hand, construction can be started immediately.

Despite this construction permit, in certain cases the construction of properties is only permitted after a maximum of 3 months for organizational reasons (related to marking and acurate stakeout of the limits of your lot).
